Refund Policy for Fyly Artworks & Cosplays

At Fyly Artworks & Cosplays, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund policy below.

Physical Merchandise:

If you are not satisfied with your physical merchandise purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

The item must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Digital Photo Sets:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital photo sets once the download has been initiated.

If you encounter any issues with downloading or using the digital content, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your physical merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.
