Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We provide both domestic and international shipping.

Delivery Time:

Domestic (within Germany ): Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

International: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, but typically take between 1 to 4 weeks.

Please note that customs processing may cause delays on international orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if choose "premium" 
Standard shipping options do not include tracking numbers, it's an option for you to save money. 

You can track your order through the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions:

Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at fylyartworks@gmail.com , and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping:

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments, as customs clearance may vary.
